Sisterly Relations with a Surprise Celebrity Greeting

XAO Celebrates our 3rd Annual International Sisterly Relations Day

On Sunday, January 15, 2017, twenty ladies of Chi Alpha Omega Chapter enjoyed celebrating our Sisterly Relations and Founder’s Day together at the iPic Theater in South Barrington. There were also three guests in attendance. The movie Hidden Figures was based on the untold true story about how three brilliant Alpha Kappa Alpha Women were the brains behind the launch and landing of John Glenn. During the 1960’s, these women worked for NASA and made groundbreaking strides for women in STEM professions. We were inspired and encouraged by their outstanding contributions to the space shuttle mission. It was a great Sunday to celebrate our Sisterhood!
